Introduction
School is almost over, and Mimosa Bilingual School is glad to offer its Summer Camp, a Bilingual Summer Camp which aims at providing parents and families with a much-needed solution in the summer break, whilst schools are closed. At the same time, however, our Summer Camp is also an unmissable opportunity to have fun, to relax and to learn and improve their English in different and amusing ways.
Activities
Mimosa Bilingual Summer Camp every week, children will be offered a variety of activities related to three main areas: art, music, and sport. English will be the main language, to encourage and improve learning in a spontaneous and entertaining way.
Within these areas, children will therefore be involved in artistic and creative labs, in games and sport races, in music activities and songs, drama activities and so on. All activities will be integrated in an original instructive programme which has the main goal of relaxing and entertaining children after a busy period at school. Every week they will take part in a field-trip and a party. Let the fun begin!
Children will have the opportunity to spend full days in an enjoyable and productive way: it will be impossible for them to get bored!
All participants will be divided into two groups: one group of Preschool children and one group of Primary School children. Both groups will be supervised by dedicated staff.
Depending on requests, in the afternoon children will be working on their summer homework.
Staff
The Bilingual Summer Camp of Mimosa is managed by a qualified and careful team which includes native English teachers and external professionals and experts in the topics which will be dealt with during the activities.
The staff is qualified and competent and has been chosen with the greatest accuracy.
Facilities
In July, all Bilingual Summer Camp activities will take place in Lunata, a cosy and bright structure enriched by a big and wonderful wooded park where children will spend their time in safety, both at playtime and during activities. Lunata is a peaceful and quiet spot just a few minutes drive from the centre of Lucca.
Timetable
The Bilingual Summer Camp will be open Monday through to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Schedules and attendance will be freely chosen by families depending on their needs (mornings only, mornings and afternoons or afternoons only).
It will be possible to enrol in either one of the options and a selected number of weeks, whilst also agreeing upon daily attendance.
Prices
Starting from 85 Euros.
Prices will change depending on the number of weeks and the chosen timetable. Discounts are available to siblings and children attending many weeks.
